Free domain parking is usually not something you can get unless you are buying a domain name from a registrar—so don’t expect it off the bat!
At the time of signup, you will be offered the option to register the domain name to a server location or put up a holding page through domain parking. If you want to use a third party (you will end up paying about $2.00 per month).
